Started with Build the Plan? Its $200 is credited toward your plan if you start within 30 days. ASU course fees, when a student takes a course, are paid directly to ASU.

College credit support
Weekly support for a college course in high school.
One-on-one with your Caveat advisor. Every package includes Spotter, the family app with weekly reports. ASU's course fees are separate and paid to ASU.
Welcome offer: every family that enrolls gets Go One-on-One free for CAP 150, ASU's 3-credit career exploration course (a $450 value; ASU's fees still apply).

Example: a Semester of College is $1,200 to Caveat plus about $1,700 in ASU fees for four courses if every credit is added, about $242 per credit. ASU sets its own fees: $25 to start a course and $400 to add the credit, only if your student wants it. Take the two-minute quiz to add up the costs for your answers.
How to pay
Simple terms.
Card or secure link
Pay online with the button on any package, or we will send a secure link. Payment is due before the first session. The two larger bundles can be split: half at enrollment, half at week 8. No consultation, cancellation or late fees.
Education savings account funds
Caveat is a ClassWallet vendor, so families with eligible education savings accounts can pay through ClassWallet Direct Pay where their program allows it. Confirm with your program.
Referrals and siblings
Refer a family who enrolls and you both get $50 off (code FRIEND50). Refer three and your student gets Go One-on-One free for one course. A second student in the family gets 10% off (code SIBLING10).
Schools and co-ops
A complete dual-enrollment program for groups of 8 or more, $175 per student per course. For schools →
Admissions, paying for college, homeschool records, special education and study skills are priced one service at a time: see all services and prices. Refunds follow your client services agreement. Caveat fees may not be 529-eligible; ASU course fees may be. Check with your plan administrator.

Every Caveat service has one full price, paid to Caveat Academic Services. Pay for the piece you need, or start with a plan.
No consultation, cancellation or late fees. Arizona ESA funds accepted. When a student takes an ASU course, ASU's fees go directly to ASU, and Caveat never collects them.

No logins and no guessing. Every Friday, each Caveat family gets an email report like this one from your Caveat advisor, after we've checked your student's progress.

- Pace against the planEach week of your student's plan, and exactly where they are. If they slip, you hear it from us early, with a plan to catch up.
