Our coaching fees are paid to Caveat Academic. ASU's course fees are paid directly to ASU.

Pathway plan: $200. Two 60-minute sessions, a written multi-year course roadmap and a transfer check for up to three target colleges.

Cohort coaching (most popular): $250 per course. A weekly 60-minute group session with 5-10 students in the same course, a pacing tracker and weekly parent updates.

Individual coaching: $450 per course. A weekly 45-minute one-on-one session, message support between sessions and weekly parent updates.

Extra tutoring: $60 per hour, for cohort students who want more help.

Bundles: College Starter, a pathway plan + 2 cohort courses, $600 (save $100). Semester of College, a pathway plan + 4 cohort courses (about 12 credits), $1,000 (save $200). Premium Year, a pathway plan + 4 individual courses, $1,700 (save $300).

Ways to save: siblings get 10% off the second student's coaching. Refer a family who enrolls and get a $50 credit.

ASU course fees (paid to ASU): $25 to start each course and $400 to add it to an official ASU transcript, only if your student wants the credit. Eligible Arizona ACT test-takers may qualify for a $350 rate on select courses. A $15 fee applies to send an official transcript. ASU sets these fees and may change them.

Example: a full Semester of College (four courses, about 12 credits) costs $1,700 in ASU fees plus $1,000 in coaching, $2,700 in total, or about $225 per credit.

For schools and co-ops: we run a complete dual-enrollment program for $175 per student per course, with a minimum of 8 students.
