How to pay
Most families start with a free consultation and a written plan with the exact cost. If you already know what you need, pay from any package above. You pay Caveat for our services; ASU's course fees go directly to ASU.
Admissions, paying for college, homeschool records and study skills are priced one service at a time at the top of this page. See all services and prices.
Pay with ESA funds
Caveat Academic Services is an approved ClassWallet vendor, so ESA families can pay for Caveat services through ClassWallet Direct Pay. Confirm the details for your student's account with the ESA program.
Pay by secure link
Not using ESA? Pay online by credit or debit card with the button on any package, or we'll email or text you a secure link. You'll get a receipt and an invoice by email.
Paid directly to ASU
ASU charges $25 to start each course and $400 to add the credit to a transcript, only if your student keeps the grade. Families pay these on their ASU learner dashboard, not to Caveat.
Referrals and siblings
Refer a family who enrolls and you both get $50 off Caveat services. Refer 3 families and your student gets the Go One-on-One package for a course free, a $450 value. Credits are for Caveat services only. A second student in the same family gets 10% off Caveat services.
Paying online? Referred families enter FRIEND50 at checkout; siblings enter SIBLING10.
A complete program
We run a complete dual-enrollment program for groups, with a minimum of 8 students.
For schools →Refunds follow your client services agreement. Caveat service fees may not be eligible for 529 plans; ASU course fees may be. Check with your plan administrator or tax advisor.
Simple pricing. No surprises.
Every Caveat service has one full price, paid to Caveat Academic Services. Pay for the piece you need, or start with a plan.
No consultation, cancellation or late fees. Arizona ESA funds accepted. When a student takes an ASU course, ASU's fees go directly to ASU, and Caveat never collects them.
